Around 1420, by means of a `peep-hole` and mirror, Filippo Brunelleschi demonstrated the principles of perspective view. Six centuries later, Perspective acts as both peep-hole and mirror: a lens focused on the issues of the moment whilst reflecting the range of views on them.
